  • Left rail added — consistent with /me, /build, /run. Current app highlighted.
  • Tab bar for app sections: Overview · Access · Secrets · Analytics · Settings.
  • Access becomes a real section — not a one-button card. Visibility pills (Private / Unlisted / Invite-only / Public), user list with roles, full page at me-app-access.html.
  • Stats row (runs / success / avg duration / last run) — quick health without going to analytics.
  • App details panel now shows GitHub source + last deploy SHA + hostname — connects to the v15.2 deploy model.
